What TriniTaxis is

A free directory and booking tool. Drivers get a page and a link; passengers use it to send a ride request. The ride itself is an arrangement between the passenger and the driver.

• We don't dispatch drivers, set fares, or take or hold any payment.
• Drivers are not our employees or contractors.
• Estimates are calculated from the driver's own rates and are a guide only.

Badges

“Verified” and “Known driver” describe which documents we have seen, as explained on How trust works. They are not a guarantee of anyone's conduct, driving or insurance cover on a given trip.

Drivers

• You are responsible for your permits, insurance and the law that applies to your vehicle.
• Your name, photo, car, plate and WhatsApp number are shown publicly on your page.
• Documents you upload must be your own and current. We may pause or remove any page.

Passengers

• Your name and phone number go to the driver you request.
• Reports must be honest. False reports may be removed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, TriniTaxis is not liable for anything that happens on a trip arranged through the site.
